We are members of Congregation Emanu El, which blends traditional and contemporary services. Our Synagogue has been part of the reform tradition since 1974, and it part of the Union for Reform Judaism.
What should I wear?
Ceremony: Come as you are. While traditionally this leans towards more formal attire, it is not mandatory.
Party: Black or white, semi formal.
Gifts?
If you would like to give Rhys a gift, no physical items please. These are traditional gifts:
1) Cash/check - It is considered "good luck" to give money in $18 increments.

3) Donation- B'nai Mitzvah Acts of Memory Rhys is participating in the B'nai Mitzvah Acts of Memory project at the Los Angeles Museum of the Holocaust. She is remembering Gerda Fingerhut, z''l, daughter of David and Lena Fingerhut who was born in Berlin in 1934. She was murdered in Aushwitz in 1943.
